Rodriguez may or may not be horrible in the postseason, but he has far better numbers than Jeter in the playoffs, so if A-Rod has been horrible, Jeter has been _____ ???

It’s amazing that this team will now be starting 2 guys as a Designated Hitter who cannot hit. If you want Nunez in the game for his speed…that’s better than him being in the field I guess, since he can’t catch anything. But continuing to DH Rodriguez, especially in the #3 hole, is absurd. Move him down. Obviously getting him more at-bats isn’t helping anything.

Actually the per year salary decreases over the next 5 years. I think its only 20 mil when hes 42….regardless, yes, it’s a terrible contract.

ARod is late on everybodys fastball, and he knows it. So he looks for fastballs, and winds up looking bad on off-speed stuff. Not having any fun. Would love to see a teammate get him to smile, and stop thinking so much. See the ball, hit the ball.
