Mariano Rivera threw out the first pitch last night

There was a pretty great moment at Yankee Stadium last night before all the late-inning craziness, as Mariano Rivera came jogging out to the mound while “Enter Sandman” blared on the speakers and threw out the ceremonial first pitch:

    Love cool moments like this. Love that Mo will be back in 2013. And won’t surprise me if he returned in 2014, either. That man doesn’t age, except for his hairline.

    Dang! I missed that in upstate NY because they were still showing the earlier game on TBS and even the bleepin radio stations had to wait thru “ESPN 15 million” to finish the game! Thanks for the link!
