The last thing I want to hear about is a grimly determined Tigers team. They are far too talented, even with their defensive challenges, and with Verlander starting, for any A’s fan to want them any more competitive than they already are.

Would the media really want to talk to Cabrera though? His English isn’t the easiest to understand. But hey, Miggy was slapping beat writers on the ass after the game so all’s good in Motown, right?

Third baseman Miguel Cabrera entered the scene, he playfully slapped a pair of male reporters on their rear ends and smirked. It appeared the Triple Crown winner was already over the loss and ready for Thursday’s finale.

I think that the problem was that before the game he was told that “Si Motherfu*ker” was not an appropriate answer to reporter questions.
