He’s had crap to work with for the most part, and the Orioles got contributions from pitchers they had in the minors. I think Rick deserves credit for that. Really helped Miguel Gonzalez develop his splitter, which has turned into arguably his best pitch. I think he’s been good for Bundy’s development.

P.S. Anyone who thinks Bundy’s banned from throwing the cutter: Guess what Peterson got Tillman to start using more? Hint: It’s the cutter.

His one year in Milwaukee, and granted he didn’thave much to work with, he just didn’t seem to affect the pitcher in any way, good or bad.
