This all depends on your definition of interested. 10 teams is probably being accurate if too low a number for clubs that want this guy on their team. But teams that actually offer a contract, well thats a different story. That number is more like 3 or 4. I bet the Nats resign him especially since their other left hander Burnett may walk since he will be more expensive.

The guy is a head case… 2 or 3 bad outings to start the season and you’ve lost him for the year.

Left handers that can reliably get left handed hitters out are always in demand. Ten teams seems like a low estimate for a left hander that will only be looking for 1 or 2 years max for a decent price.

10 is probably correct, 7 of which don’t actually want to sign Gonzalez, but are trying to gauge the market for relievers this winter.

I’m sure the Cardinals are one of the 10…..about the only thing they’ll look for in FA is an arm or 2 for the pen.
