He shouldn’t worry though. Even if he was in a wheelchair the Red Sox will still give him a ton of money to not pitch.

Not how it works. Likely: he made the deal, all deals are pending the examination of the player’s medical records, he saw the medical records, did not like what he saw and then rejected it.

so Theo made this deal…then panicked because of negative reaction when it ‘leaked’ and realized what he hadn’t thought of.
