For all intents and purposes Harang and Capuano are interchangeable. They’re 4th starters at best. If you could unload either one of those guys and get a contract off the books for 2013 do it. Maybe a team like the Pirates or Royals would take one of them on in exchange for a bucket of balls and a bottle of cheap scotch.

When has having a logjam at starting pitcher ever been a problem a month or two into the season? Especially with a few guys having injuries this year and apparent money to burn, having an extra dude might not be such a bad thing.

Would love to see Cappy back in a Brewers uniform, but I don’t think the Brewers will be dipping into the farm system for awhile, especially to add pitching on the wrong side of 30.
