By 2015 Joe Panik will have had three full seasons in the minors (if he isn’t called up by then) and should be more than ready to takeover at 2B.

But. He is 37 this coming season. You can never tell what you are going to get with players that age. The Giants I’m sure know that, and will have a Plan B.
