This headline is EXTREMELY misleading. I live in Miami and heard the interview live. What he said was that outside of Nolasco, you haven’t heard of the other starters, but that doesn’t mean that they are not good. He went on to name the a Marlins rotation in order AS OF RIGHT THIS VERY MOMENT as Nolasco, Turner, Alvarez, and Eovaldi, not once saying that that wouldn’t change or that Nolasco is not on the trading block. This entire post is incorrect and misleading.

What a stupid statement by the President. Really, he will be on the team in 2013? For sure? Nothing might change that? Giants offer Matt Cain and Buster Posey for Nolasco. Nope, Ricky will be on my team in 2013, no matter what!!!

I believe him completely. I am 99.9% certain that Nolasco will be on the Marlins roster on Jan 1 2013. After that, I am not so sure.
