The people sitting behind home plate at a Yankee game are making considerably more than 300K/per. Minus tax and the cost of living in NY, not exactly oodles left over. This shouldn’t surprise anyone. To properly enjoy a Yankees game you need to make over $300,000/year, have a Blackberry, sit behind home plate in comfy seats, have a beautiful Italian suit, and loosen your tie just enough to look “cas” but still business.

It’s all okay. The joke is on these same people when they have to leave the Bronx at 11pm on a Tuesday night and have to take the 4 train back to their swanky dive on the Upper East Side, all the while sitting next to some degenerate that hasn’t showered in 6 months that looks like they want to take their wallet.

There’s been a connection for awhile, since they’re run Fox Business Channel newsbreaks in between an inning of every Yankee game. Also, Yes has a “SportsBusiness” magazine show, and I could see some Fox Business content sharing going on over there.

Also, there’s been a frightening ad in the outfield for the last year for so that just says “POWER- FOX NEWS”. It’s scary.
