So in that respect I’m glad he got a deal. I also respect Theo Epstein doing the deal for 1 year, in essence saying: this is an extended try-out, not a commitment. As long as Feldman pitches on days when the wind is blowing in, everyone should be happy. As a fly-ball pitcher, when the wind is blowing out at Wrigley, it can get real ugly, real fast.
