I hope Andy, Jeter and Mo can play till there 60, that will be doing it right..I will even take Alex till 60 if they let him go back on roids and hit 50 homers a season..Maybe take Viagra Alex seems like the go to drug in the NFL

And thus we are once again spared any Brett Favreish agony. And have once again postponed debate about Andy’s HoF credentials and controversies.

In the meantime, Cashman gets another year to figure out which of the many young pitchers in the Bronx and in the minors will slide into Pettitte and Kuroda’s place.

It’s for a little more money then I would have liked. But not totally unexpected since they just agreed to sign Kuroda for $15MM plus $500K in incentives. I think Andy would have felt insulted with to much less then this figure. But it’s still in keeping the the Yankees goal of just a 1 year deal so they still have their options open for getting under the 2014 Luxury Tax Threshold.
