He had two good months and four bad ones. A lot of raw stuff, but poor control. But it really didn’t matter in that bullpen. The Astros didn’t have better, so they kept him up. Now they can send him to the minors and let him fully develop.

In practice, there are often reasons why people excluded the player from their rosters. Wesley Wrighht has been a decent pick up for the ‘Stros. On the other hand, they let Johan Santana get away because nobody in their minor league system thought to teach him the changeup. So they kept Tim Redding instead.

Most people in Red Sox affiliated gear appear dooshy. Usually just have to get to know them… doesn’t make them less of a doosh but sometimes, just sometimes they are tolerable.
