Whatever. As if he didn’t deserve the flack from Mets fans. It would have been even worse if he wasn’t a hard worker.

Yep, Glenn. I agree. I’ve always liked this guy. He seemed to always be in the news for injury and the DL last few seasons: I think he’s due some good luck. The tragedy is if he returns to form he’ll STILL get slagged by Mets fans who remember that BA. Then, if he turns into the old Jason Bay, the “Wildly Accuse of Steroids” crowd will jump up and down on him for juicing his way back. The fact is he’s been plagued with bad luck. Probably caught the snake bite from the Mets lousy juju. Here’s hoping him and the Mariners can turn it around together. Good luck, Jason Bay.
