They’re just taking a flier on him. If and only if he shows he’s better than what’s already been stated does he get a chance to try to break into an already great bullpen.

you know pitching in San Fran…he’s numbers might not be that bad…only about two parks can he hit a 420 foot flyball out so who knows…he might do ok

He hung a buch of Chads during his brief tenure with the Nats–to the tune of a 2.400 WHIP and a 6.48 ERA–one of the worst pitchers I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing in person.

Having seen Gaudin pitch when he was with the Yankees if the Giants harbor any hope of repeating as World Series Champions they should NOT let Gaudin near the big league team.
