He is referring to an old trade in which the Jays traded a second base prospect named Jeff Kent for David Cone. Cone, of course was the final ingredient that gave the Jays a World Series win. The Jays could afford to trade Kent because he was being blocked by a kid named Roberto Alomar. You may have heard of Alomar as he is in the HOF. A while ago, Harry tried out a different moniker on this board, but alas he got tired of being a canned ham, and reverted to Dirty Harry.
