And if they are, what about Mississippi, the poorest state in the nation? 

Why shouldn&#039;t the Puerto Ricans have to be subject to the same rules as all the other citizens of the United States?

Considering they don&#039;t have to pay federal taxes, they have advantages the rest of us don&#039;t.]]></description>
