		<description><![CDATA[Whenever I read a report that says &quot;so-and-so hasn&#039;t received much interest on the free agent market&quot; I wonder how the writer knows that.  Did the player or his agent say as much?  I&#039;ve noticed that a lot of the less prominent free agents sign without a lot of national media discussion about with whom they&#039;re speaking, so I don&#039;t know who is really in position to know how much interest there is in a low-profile guy, other than the player himself and his advisors.]]></description>
