It’s not like they are calling his home/cell number. His agent is fielding all these calls. Chipper’s life is completely unaffected by this. I’m sure he appreciates your concern though.

Chipper left with a year still to go on his contract with the Braves. If he were to un-retire, he wouldn’t be able to play anywhere else anyway, would he? So why are other teams bothering, unless it’s with their trade offers?

I know guys sometimes come out of retirement, but to the teams that called, just let the dude live his post-MLB life. He did his work, and teams already acknowledged that by giving him gifts. Let Chipper be with his kids (and basketball-ladder hoop), and we will see him in the Hall.
