This is off topic (heh)…..but my sister had a friend at private school who invited her home for a weekend, her name wasn’t Bo though…..but my sister gets there and the girl asks if she wants a snick, sis says yes, she opens the refrigerator and there are just tons of sticks of butter….girl offers one to my sister who declines and then proceeds to eat a stick of butter.

I knew a kid named Bo who’s Parents were so poor he ate Mayonaise sandwiches for lunch.
I went over to his house (trailer) to look at Baseball cards.
The kid asked me if I wanted a sandwich. I said yes.
We go into the kitchen…he breaks out the bread, mayo…and…that’s it. Nothing else!
I asked him where the ham was and he replied “we don’t have any right now.”
“I usually eat these instead.” True Story.
This kid also played with dolls. This didn’t alarm as much as the fact that he really didn’t seem like the doll playing type. Kid was a very large mammal. A brutish type. We ate our mayonaise sandwiches…finished looking at the baseball cards and he breaks out the “do you like playing with dolls” question. Floored me. I left. Never went back.
Confesssion: I have had a mayonaise sandwich since then though. They aren’t half bad.
