For some reason I am having a difficult time picturing to major leaguers hanging out playing tennis in the offseason. Golf, basketball. some two-hand touch, possibly swimming. Seems like that would be normal. But tennis? Is it just me? Just as surprising as Bonds and his cycling…

Actually, the point isn’t to be amusing, per se, just to make fun of the frequency with which such things are said and to disabuse people of the notion that it results in rebound years for older players.
