There’s no ill will there. Prior did all he could to stay a Cub, but the injuries were just too much.

If he is done, I’d like to see him get some sort of role with the team. I’m sure he’s got a ton he could teach young players, especially regarding injury signs.

He may not have had the career he expected, but he ended it about as perfectly as an athlete can.
