Daisuke Matsuzaka mulling minor league offers

Jan 17, 2013, 7:12 AM EDT

From three teams, actually:

The Mets pitching staff would be the hardest of those three for Dice-K to crack, but if he truly wants to remain in the states he’ll take one of these. If what he truly wants is to pitch at the highest level, however, I’m guessing a Japanese team would be willing to give him a shot, as rumored.

Hey now, Calcaterra, it’s a little early in the day to be throwing sucker punches at Mets fans! Some of us had too much to drink last night, and the rest are still drinking!

And if being shelled by the Nats a few times a year isn’t the highest level, I don’t know what is. I’d do it for the league minimum. Hell, I’ll do it for free if you throw in some hot dogs and let me ride Selig like a horse around the basepaths.

I’m wondering which Kanji represents the character for the Mets. Maybe the “!” ?

Or is it the ” マーリンズ、” which seemingly ends with a vomiting season ticket holder.”

That character is reserved for Phillie season tix holders…

I look at your screen name and instantly, honestly, this is what came to mind:

Ah! I see what you did there…Whitty!

Apparently we’ve forgotten about this quality individual:

Let me guess, since this particular work terminal is Youtube free, some fat kid from Jersey wearing Phillies gear who puked and got caught.

Because there’s not at least one of them in every fan base of every sports team on the planet.

( Well, maybe sans the Jersey part, then again, who knows.

Believe it or not that’s the Kanji for the Marlins…. Which also makes sense.
