Stan’s wife passed away in May of last year. Stan and his wife were happily married for 72 years! Really a remarkable life. Sad that he has passed but you have to take comfort in he wonderful life he had.

When I think of Stan ” The Man ” Musial i think of a saying that a WWE star had said countless times before : He is the Best there is, The best there was, & The best there is ever gonna be ! My heart, & condolences go out to his family, & friends ! He is simply the BEST !

You know the Cardinals will have a great tribute to him for the 2013 season. Either a #6, or SM, or StM on the uniforms somewhere.

I’d like to see the number 6 mowed into the grass under the arch that is cut into the grass in Busch Stadiums outfield.
