The Dodgers fan caravan bus was involved in a minor accident

From Dodgers.com:

The bus carrying a large group of Dodgers on its annual caravan was involved in a very minor hit-and-run traffic accident Friday but there were no injuries.

On the bus were Clayton Kershaw, Adrian Gonzalez, Brandon League and Don Mattingly.

If the Dodgers begin the season 12-16, I predict that Plaschke or Simers will use this as a metaphor.  Not a good metaphor, of course, but you take your metaphors where you can get them.

Plaschke or Simers will use it as a metaphor if the Dodgers start out anything less than 20-0. Those guys are the worst.

You’d give them 20 games before they start their b.s.? Is that including spring training?

Those two bottom feeders are the perfect example of how far the LA Times sports page has fallen.

Not good metaphors are used by not good writers.

LA Media is already blaming Don Mattingly for the bus not getting to its destination safely.

What were Dodger players doing on “The Dodgers fan caravan bus?” I’ll let the lack of a possessive apostrophe go, Craig.
