I am a Cub fan and I loved Stan as most Cubs fan do…I think Bob Costas did a GREAT job.
At a great moment like we just watched…why put in negitive thoughts. I have NEVER heard ONE Cub fan say ONE bad thing about Stan. I am 72 years old…and have watched many of Cubs game playing the Cards,,,,,back then ALL Cub game were on TV…so when Stan stepped up to the plate….you knew it was not going to be good for the Cubs….

A Constitution that Stan Musial helped to defend in 1945 along with millions of other folks including 7 of my Aunts and Uncles. Myself, I put in 20 years with the USAF to honor that Constitution and the Declatation of Independence, partially to honor all my relattives who fought in WWII in Europe, the Pacific, and elsewhere. Especially one of my uncles who didn’t come home from 1943 North Africa and who I never met. Politics don’t belong at a site set up for funeral comments. Next time please leave your politics at home or post them somewhere else so that people who may agree with you can read them. Your comments certainly don’t belong here at this date and time!
