Matt Vasgersian, Harold Reynolds and I talked about the A-Rod business on MLB Network’s “Hot Stove” show this morning, touching on the overblown nature of the response and whether or not the penalties for PED users should be tougher:
Sadly, the part where Ken Rosenthal came out while I was talking and hit me with a folding chair was cut off.

You really should provide more coverage of the A-Rod brouhaha, there just hasn’t been enough discussion about this on this site…

When A-Rod’s contract gets voided how will the HoF voters react? I blame the Phillies & Delmon Young’s inability to play the OF. Also, while typing this I overheard a conversation about me with the phrase “he looks to be in the best shape of his life” used.
I can’t think of any other hot topics to lump into this one off the top of my head, but I tried.

Why did they use a photo of you standing behind a fence?

LOL! Yeah really. For some reason…him standing behind a fence reminded me of that dude on Hellraiser.

I’m trying to remember who the writer was who coined the phrase, “a face made for radio and a voice for mime”
