		<description><![CDATA[This will be a test of my crackpot theory that enhanced technology is causing doctors to see transient damage that heals itself, and recommend unneeded Tommy John surgery. Those high definition imaging tests are expensive, so the best way to check, one test of a pitcher at the end of the season and again in spring training, isn&#039;t done. There has to be a better reason for the explosion of TJ surgery than young pitchers suffering such damage with lighter workloads than pitchers in the past.]]></description>
