Stubbs is a strike out machine, at times misplays the ball, but has great speed. Just could never put it together in Cincy. Maybe he will become Cleveland’s Brandon Phillips.

Just like the Giambi signing, this move is no risk high reward. If they don’t make the team, nothing lost. But they both have a chance to be major contributors on very cheap salaries. The Tribe front office continues to impress this offseason. The baseball world is in for a surprise from this team come October.
