		<description><![CDATA[Good move.  Its where he belongs.  Use Feliz in a limited fashion until after the all-star break as a set-up man or rotate closing with Nathan.  Harrison, Lewis, Darvish, Holland, and Ogando is a potent rotation ~ if they can stay healthy.  None are super-stars but they can be consistent and the bullpen has a lot of reserve talent, especially Ross, Kirkman, and Sheppers.  I don&#039;t think pitching is a concern going in but sticks will be a lot lighter in a hitters park..  And the Nellie Cruz issue is yet to be resolved with MLB.]]></description>
