Kameron Loe has agreed to a minor-league contract with the Mariners, according to Geoff Baker of the Seattle Times.
He’ll get an invitation to spring training after throwing 68 innings with a 4.51 ERA and 55/20 K/BB ratio for the Brewers last season.
Loe is 6-foot-8, but doesn’t throw very hard or get a ton of strikeouts. He does induce lots of ground balls, however, and has generally been a solid middle reliever with a 3.72 ERA in 255 career appearances out of the bullpen.

This is what happens when you tie up 175M in one pitcher, you have to fill in the holes with the likes of Loe.

I see they’re trying to keep his ego in check by announcing his signing the same day they announced the Felix deal is official.

Kameron Loe is pretty awesome against RHBs. If a team was looking for a ROOGY, he’s perfect. But does he get torn up by lefties. Watching Ron Roenicke leave him in against Joey Votto still gives me nightmares.

pffffft…… Felix being signed has nothing to do with this guy. what are you talking about? he’s a spring training invite like every team does and he will be sent on his way.

Loe… pretty good pitcher when your team is getting blown out. Pretty bad pitcher when you’re trying to hold onto a lead. Felt like he gave up taters every time he came out to the mound…

WHY IS THIS MAN NOT A TWIN?
He could have been our number 2 starter!
