They all had the chance to sign the offer sheet and take the $13.3 million. They knew the score before this, and a good agent would have known how much money the draft pick compensation would cost. This was bargained through the CBA, so no crying about it now. Give in to more PED testing and the owners might give in on the draft pick issue.
