Ramon Hernandez is in The Best Shape of His Life

Feb 13, 2013, 2:49 PM EDT

This is good, because the “Best Shape of His Life” team can always use more catching depth:

Hernandez was limited to just 52 games last season and hit .217 with a career-worst .601 OPS at age 36.

He was actually traded to the”So-and-So Lost (x amount) of Weight” team late last night. I expect good things out of them this year. New management and more grit.
