He should avoid shagging flies, throwing BP, or too much strenuous stuff like that. Also, there’s a weight restriction on lifting things. But if he’s mainly sitting or standing out there, watching and talking, or working in his office, yeah, not really a major problem. Day after is a little close, but within a couple days, certainly.

Of course my gallbladder was really screwed up causing liver issues but the next day – dude is tough. And “outpatient” means you do not stay in the hospital for 24 hours after you leave recovery – I know this because they discharged me at 23 hours – gotta love insurance companies!
