Sounds like Duck Pin,although bowling shoes are normally worn in Duck Pin. (Pro Football Hall of Famer)
Tuffy Leeman’s Duck Pin in Wheaton Md. was the best,by the way.

I ate at Rusty’s in New York a couple of times. Hellaciously good ribs and the place was always packed.

Typical athlete. Restaurants are terrible investments with a huge failure rate. With that said, the place sounds awesome and I’d definitely catch a game there if I ever visit Tampa
