I am just saying that almost everyone was bad out of the bullpen last year.
It could be that the elbow was a cause for some of his ineffectiveness.
He has had success in the past. Parnell has never been a good closer.

So Terry Collins dislikes closers with ERAs over 5.50 and WHIPs over 1.6. Are you saying that you do?

Who is Terry Collins trying to fool. He is trying to push Frank Francisco out of
the closers job. Frank Francisco deserves a chance to keep his job. Terry Collins
seems to dislike him for some reason. He has not been as bad as many other
pitchers on the staff last season. Parnell does have a great fastball. But he has not
done very well in the closers role in the past. Why is he being handed the job so easily
while Francisco is working his way back from injury. Francisco never really had the support
of Terry Collins from the beginning. He deserves another chance when he is healthy to show
what he can do.
