Chris Davis could be another option. And Team USA could definitely use a lefty power hitter. As an added bonus, he can pitch too!

Ike Davis had more home runs and rbi’s last year, and equal to Teixeira in defense (granted in more games played). Teixeira has .020 better batting average. Not much difference between the two at all. Oh and 7 years younger.
