That is incorrect. He seemed to be the only Cub that really cared. Although punching your teammate is not cool, remember why he did it. D-Lee hit hit into his 76th double play of the day and was laughing back to the dugout. Lee was out of town before Z. What does that tell you. This guy wants to win sooooo badly that it gets the best of him and he cannot understand why nobody cares as much as he does.

I’d love to see the Twins sign him to a minor league deal and see if he can get himself straightened out. He’s better than half of their starting rotation, but honestly I don’t see them doing it. He just isn’t a “Gardy” type of guy.

I don’t think he battles his tail off.

You can repair an elbow, you can repair a shoulder, unfortunately for Carlos there is no surgery to repair his head.

That being said, someone will sign him and he will be servicable until somone makes an error while he’s on the bump or sits in his seat on the bench and he will be out of baseball again.
