The only thing he has in common with Lincecum is that they are both pitchers. They don’t use the same hand, Lincecum was better than Kazmir ever was, nothing similar about their pitching styles or repertoires. That’s like saying Mark Fidrych was Scott Kazmir before Scott Kazmir was.

Pitchers break. Pitching is a horribly unnatural motion that puts more stress on the shoulder and elbow than they are designed to bear…..the vast majority of pitcher injuries have nothing to do with over use.
