Cincinnatti Reds second baseman Brandon Phillips spent Thursday morning in Family Court battling one of his baby mamas, a local woman with whom he has a 4-year-old daughter. He has another child with a woman in Buffalo. Phillips, who was selected as a reserve in tomorrow’s MLB All-Star Game, and Danielle Daluisio had a casual relationship in 2006 that resulted in a daughter, Micole Malia Phillips. Phillips has seen the child a total of five days in four years according to Daluisio’s lawyer, Lynne Gold-Bikin, chairwoman of Weber Gallagher’s family-law division. Thursday’s hearing set dates in August for a child-support hearing and November for a custody hearing.
