HBT Daily: Could the L.A. teams swap skippers?

May 21, 2013, 2:00 PM EDT

Eh, probably not. But such speculation is way more fun than Dodgers and Angels baseball these days. Also: I inexplicably used the term “legit” twice in this video. Sorry, everyone.

Wouldn’t that be kinda like switching a flat tire from your pig of steel with a flat tire from my pig of steel?

I heard “legit” three times, not two.

Scioscia commute is driving 20 miles to drive right by Dodger Stadium, then another 30 miles to get to Anaheim. Could be a factor. But the only way it would seem to happen is if he gets fired and sits home for a while, and things then really go bad for the Dodgers.

Please lose the intro then chair swivel to camera 2 for Kay. It looks pretty silly.

I have no idea if it would help either team, and the likelihood of it happening is next to nil. But, I would love to see it. That is the kind of outside the box thinking that could really cement some GM’s legacy if they pulled off a manager trade and their team took off.

What a stupid idea. That would be like throwing up in eachothers mouth. Both of these guys are terrible. Bring in the quitter Jim Riggleman

Atlanta should send freddie “missuses pitchers” Gonzalez for him.
