MLB says Miguel Tejada did not warrant any Biogenesis discipline

An odd press release from Major League Baseball just now:

“The Office of the Commissioner investigated all allegations regarding players associated with Anthony Bosch and Biogenesis. The investigation found no violation by Miguel Tejada of the Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.”

This coming on the heels of reports earlier this week that Tejada was mentioned in the Biogenesis documents and faced discipline thereunder unless he accepted a suspension for stimulant use.

Either those reports were wrong or else Major League Baseball doesn’t want to look like it engaged in drug suspension horse-trading.

Maybe they wanna do something nice and want to clear Tejada of any wrong-doing.

They just tacked it onto A-Rod’s suspension for good measure.

Basically you can use until you get caught,,,then its bad,,,,unless they like you.

They forgot to only leak things that make A-Rod look bad…

Wait, wait, wait… Pedro Gomez and ESPN’s ‘sources’ aren’t 100% reliable?

    Truly shocking.
