Wanna watch Robinson Cano sign his contract with the Mariners?

Dec 12, 2013, 5:55 PM EDT

The Mariners just posted this Vine, showing Robinson Cano adding his signature to his ten-year, $240 million contract with recently-embattled GM Jack Zduriencik to his right and agent Jay-Z behind him.

As beard aficionado Aaron Gleeman pointed out earlier, Cano is sporting a nice new beard which would have violated the Yankees’ personal grooming rules.

Who is that camel-looking guy in the background?

    Never mind, it’s just Jay-Z.

Aw. Jay-Z’s clip on must have fallen off.

His is buttoned to the top. It was a joke.

I guess 75 wins is a realistic number but still don’t think they’ll get that

Shortly after the video ends, an enraged Scott Boras rushed in, bashing Cano on the head with his briefcase. He then slammed Jay Z onto the table before applying his devastating finisher, The Opt-out.

The damage may have been worse had it not been for the intervention of several umpires.

This contract is one of the worst in any sport and will have me watching less because of it.

This is the first thing Cano has signed in years. Well, considering he never signs autographs…
