Mets will wear patch to honor Ralph Kiner in 2014

Kiner spent 10 years in the majors and over 50 in the Mets’ broadcast booth. He died this month at 91.

    Simply put this is the right thing to do. He was a Hall of Fame baseball player and no one ever had a bad word to say about Ralph. Those who did meet him considered him a hall of famer as a person.
