Apr 15, 2014, 9:05 PM EDT

On the one-year anniversary of the tragic Boston Marathon bombings and with the Boston Red Sox in town for a three-game series, the Chicago White Sox players, coaches, and trainers donned these “Boston Strong, Sox Together” shirts during pregame warmups on Tuesday evening at U.S. Cellular Field …

I didn’t know you watch Japanese Baseball and Korean Baseball now Achaela. What sites are you using in order for you to watch em?

      • aresachaela - Apr 16, 2014 at 12:15 AM

Well, In youtube I’ve been watching jun2poko and misakimamoru videos about the Yomiuri Giants but it’s not a “FULL VIDEO :-(” all of it are only highlights of the game there. Well about the Korean Baseball… I don’t have any sites at all!! Please help XD!! ( Late reply sorry… a Blackout just happened, I know same happen to you too right?).

      • renaado - Apr 16, 2014 at 12:24 AM

You can always watch this site if you wanna watch Korean Baseball… As for the NPB leagues you can watch the full games at NHK tv, the time line in Japan is just same with us so I’m pretty sure we have no problem watching it. And yes this rotating blackouts really suck… You better call MERALCO now if you have the chance 😎.

All of the one year later stuff has been really emotional. The pre-game moment of silence was no exception. Thank you White Sox.

That shirt doesn’t make any sense. Sorry.

The human in me thinks this is a great gesture.

The cynic in me is waiting for Boston to file the impending copyright lawsuit.

    • tfbuckfutter - Apr 15, 2014 at 11:25 PM

The cynic in me says “They could have just worn the shirts without adding their own team logo”.

That’s why I’m not sure how I feel about the gesture.

  12. ch0psuey - Apr 15, 2014 at 11:02 PM

    Classy for sure.

Just imagine if the bosox sued the chisox for copyright infrigement, with themselves (bosox) also being sued by the non profit org. that holds the ‘B Strong’ copyright since a few years ago.

This was an amazingly classy gesture by the Chicago White Sox, and one that is appreciated by all the fans here in Boston.

I’ve never rooted for a team other than the Red Sox, but that may have changed as of last night.
