One day longer than the Braves.

Shoot the moon. Go for two. :-)

I see the filter now strips off smiley faces. That was a friendly jab.

David Glass is going to panic thinking he might have to pay employees for extra games.

I can see a fire sale coming up.

First place for one day and the master-baiter begins his trolling assault on the poor Royals fans. Can’t they have at least ONE troll-free day Craig?

    • blacksables - Aug 12, 2014 at 2:14 PM

I am a poor Royals fan. Want to try again and make sense this time?

      • Bob Loblaw - Aug 12, 2014 at 2:20 PM

I’m sorry. I forgot that you guys aren’t used to being good, and thus, aren’t used to being trolled by Craig.

See, the Royals have been in first place for exactly one day, and Craig is already writing posts and posting videos trolling the fans by saying “but for how long”. Basically implying it won’t last. Normally, Royals fans would flock to this posting and rip Craig for being so negative on their team, but I guess since they have sucked so long, the fans are beaten down and don’t have the fight in them. And most of them probably agree that it won’t last.

      • blacksables - Aug 12, 2014 at 2:23 PM

See, what I did is, I reverse trolled Craig by saying the Royals would be in first place longer than the Braves, because the Braves aren’t in first place and might not be at all.

When was it decided that people can’t have fun any more?

I’ve always thought Posnansky was troll-proof, but credit Craig for trying.

I could have told you what he would say before even viewing the video. That man hates everything having to do with the midwest or any conservative area of the country. He, along with some of the dudes at fangraphs suffer from an extreme case of confirmation bias when it comes to Kansas City.

    • stex52 - Aug 12, 2014 at 2:34 PM

Atlanta is not a conservative part of the country? You must have a very wide definition of liberal.

      • sportsfan18 - Aug 13, 2014 at 1:09 PM

        Atlanta is not conservative.

        Georgia is conservative.

DeKalb county and Fulton country in and around Atlanta, Georgia are liberal. Look at the makeup of the local politicians.

        Hint, they’re mostly Democrat

      Is’nt CC from Ohio?

Cheer up,your team is first place. When CC is trolling you at least swirl it around the glass, apreciate the nuances of of the heady aroma, take a sip and grin as you spit it out and grab some more cheese. At least you are getting ribbed about being in first.Savor it,this is hard to type as I have’nt ever typed it before”BUT THE ROYALS ARE IN FIRST PLACE”.

And yes, this is a Whine and Cheese post.Sorry?
