ESPN’s Jayson Stark reported Monday that the Padres, Rangers, Dodgers, and Cardinals have “stayed in contact with Phillies on Hamels,” so perhaps those are the four teams that have made these “real” offers.

Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com reported last week that the Padres, Cardinals, Rangers, and Red Sox have all engaged in serious trade discussions for Phillies ace Cole Hamels, but obviously nothing has come together yet and Ruben Amaro Jr. doesn’t seem inclined to lower the current asking price.
